Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: August 16, 2026

Last updated: August 22, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid Kedo subscriptions purchased through Paddle and forms part of the Terms of Service.

Kedo is operated by tiedongqu xingfuzhijia dianshang keji gongzuoshi, an individually owned business registered in Tiedong District, Anshan, Liaoning Province, People's Republic of China. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for transactions completed through Paddle Checkout.

1. Relationship to Paddle's Policies

Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to the Paddle transaction. This Policy explains Kedo subscription cancellation, the refund request window, and how to submit a request.

If applicable consumer law, Paddle's Refund Policy, or this Policy provides a more protective or non-waivable right, the highest applicable level of protection will apply. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, replacement, or conformity rights.

2. Free Plans and Trials

Kedo may offer a free plan or a free trial. The duration, included features, limits, any required payment authorization, the date of the first charge, and any automatic conversion to a paid subscription will be displayed when the offer is presented.

If a trial is configured to convert automatically, cancel before the displayed trial end to avoid the first recurring charge. A trial that does not require payment authorization will not create a recurring charge unless you later approve a paid subscription.

3. Automatic Renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods equal to the initial subscription period unless cancelled. By completing Paddle Checkout, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method for the total and on the renewal schedule displayed at Checkout.

Paddle Checkout displays the final localized currency, applicable tax, total, and renewal terms. Paddle may send renewal or price-change notices and request consent where required by the law of the buyer's location.

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time by:

  • selecting Manage subscription on the Kedo Console Billing page and completing cancellation in the Paddle customer portal;
  • using the manage-subscription or cancellation link in a Paddle transaction or subscription email; or
  • using another cancellation route made available through Paddle buyer support or contacting support@usekedo.com for assistance.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The subscription remains active until that date, and no further renewal charge will be made after cancellation takes effect. A cancelled subscription may require a new subscription to restore paid access.

Cancelling automatic renewal does not automatically delete your Kedo account or Customer Content. To avoid an unintended renewal, complete cancellation before Paddle processes the next scheduled charge.

5. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase or subscription renewal date.

The same 14-day request window applies to every paid Kedo subscription plan. Kedo does not impose additional reason-based, usage-based, or service-failure eligibility conditions. Paddle handles refund requests in accordance with its Refund Policy, Buyer Terms, and applicable law.

6. Requesting a Refund

You may request a refund using the View receipt, Manage subscription, or support link in Paddle's transaction email, through Paddle buyer support, or by contacting support@usekedo.com.

When contacting Kedo, include:

  • the email address associated with the Kedo account;
  • the workspace or tenant name;
  • the Paddle transaction, invoice, receipt, or subscription reference;
  • the charge date and amount; and
  • a short explanation of the request.

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, access tokens, or other secrets. Kedo or Paddle may request reasonable information to verify account ownership and identify the transaction.

7. Refund Processing and Access

Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card issuer, alternative-payment-method, and currency-conversion processing times are outside Kedo's control. Any taxes, credit notes, fees, or exchange-rate treatment follow Paddle's rules and applicable law.

If a transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back, or determined to be unauthorized, access to the corresponding paid Service may end or be adjusted. Kedo uses verified Paddle events to update subscription and plan access. Account and transaction records may still be retained where required by law, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

8. Plan Changes

Where Paddle plan changes are available, the price, tax, proration treatment, and effective date will be displayed before confirmation. Cancelling automatic renewal is not the same as changing plans. Until Kedo provides an enabled plan-change control, an active paid subscription must be managed through the available Paddle customer portal options or cancelled before purchasing a different subscription.

9. Payment Disputes

Please contact Kedo or Paddle first if you believe a charge is incorrect so the transaction can be investigated promptly. This does not restrict any right to contact your bank, payment provider, consumer authority, or regulator. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for Paddle transactions and handles related chargebacks. Kedo may provide relevant subscription, access, support, and usage records where lawful and necessary to investigate a dispute.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy for future purchases or renewals. Changes will not remove mandatory rights or retroactively change a completed transaction where prohibited by law.

Billing, cancellation, and refund questions may be sent to support@usekedo.com.
