Cookie Policy
Effective date: August 16, 2026
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Kedo uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on its websites and in the Kedo platform. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Kedo is operated by tiedongqu xingfuzhijia dianshang keji gongzuoshi, an individually owned business registered in Tiedong District, Anshan, Liaoning Province, People's Republic of China.
1. What These Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website. Local storage and session storage allow a website or application to save information in a browser. Similar technologies may use identifiers, pixels, scripts, embedded frames, or device information to recognize a browser, remember choices, understand use, prevent fraud, or protect a service.
Some technologies remain only for a browsing session, while others remain until they expire or are deleted.
2. How Kedo Uses Them
Kedo may use the following categories:
Strictly necessary
These technologies support login, authentication, session continuity, tenant and workspace context, security, fraud prevention, network routing, and other functions required to provide the Service. Disabling them may prevent parts of Kedo from working.
Preferences and functionality
These technologies remember settings such as language, theme, interface preferences, and selected workspace so that the Service behaves consistently across visits.
Analytics and performance
Where enabled and permitted by applicable law, Kedo may use analytics technologies to understand page visits, feature interaction, device and browser characteristics, referring pages, performance, and errors. Depending on deployment configuration, these services may include Google Analytics, OpenPanel, and PostHog. These providers may process IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage events under their own privacy terms.
PostHog may also provide session replay so that Kedo can understand navigation and interface problems. Kedo starts PostHog analytics and session replay only after you accept analytics through Kedo's consent control. Inputs are masked, and Kedo marks sensitive chat content, knowledge-base content, API-key, and billing areas so they are excluded from replay capture. Kedo does not intentionally send names, email addresses, document or conversation text, credentials, or payment details in its PostHog product-event properties.
Kedo does not use its cookies or browser storage to store complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, or payment-account passwords.
3. Paddle Checkout and Customer Portal
When you open Paddle Checkout or the Paddle customer portal, Paddle may use its own cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the transaction, maintain the checkout or portal session, remember preferences, measure performance, comply with law, and prevent fraud. Paddle may process device, browser, IP address, location, interaction, payment, and security information under its own Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.
Paddle-controlled technologies are not Kedo cookies, even when Paddle Checkout appears as an overlay on a Kedo page. You can manage Paddle's available choices through the controls Paddle provides.
4. Legal Basis and Consent
Strictly necessary technologies are used because they are required to provide and secure the Service or complete a transaction. Where applicable law requires consent for analytics, advertising, or other non-essential technologies, the relevant provider will rely on consent or another lawful basis available under local law. You may withdraw consent where a consent control is made available, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Your Choices
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and site data. You can also clear local and session storage through browser settings. Blocking all storage may sign you out, remove saved preferences, prevent Paddle Checkout or the customer portal from working correctly, or disable important Service functions.
You may also use browser privacy controls or tools made available by Kedo, Paddle, or an analytics provider. Kedo's analytics consent control lets you accept, reject, or later change the PostHog choice; withdrawing consent stops future PostHog analytics and session replay without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. Browser settings differ, so consult your browser's help documentation for current instructions.

6. Third-Party Services
Third-party content, integrations, payment services, or analytics providers may set or access their own technologies when you interact with them. Their practices are governed by their own policies. Review the relevant provider's privacy and cookie notices before changing your choices or supplying information.
7. Changes and Contact
We may update this Cookie Policy as technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version and revise the date above.
